Our last two Complete Beginner Series for the year start on Monday!

Our Complete Beginner series provide a safe, social and most importantly fun environment for you to try your hand (and foot) at something new while receiving the physical and mental benefits that contemporary dance has to offer. So If you have little to no previous dance experience but have the urge to move, now is your chance!

Over 50s Complete Beginner Series – NEW

We’re incredibly excited to announce our brand new, long-awaited Over 50s Complete Beginner Series. Teaching the series is the highly skilled and super lovely Chimene Steele-Prior.

Our Over 50s Series is designed for people aged 50-plus who want to dance within a social, supportive and welcoming environment. Classes are taught with a go-at-your-own-pace attitude and are designed for the mature-bodied dancer. So if you’ve never danced before or haven’t danced in years – these classes are for you!

Contemporary dance encourages increased flexibility, balance and fitness, as well as improving memory through movement and choreography, but most importantly it’s a whole lot of fun.

What to wear: something comfortable – non-restrictive track style pants, t-shirt or sports top. Classes are taken barefoot or in socks.
