Class with Jo

I teach an energetic class, starting with a thorough warm up and progressing from simple warming exercises to a more detailed phrase. The warm up includes short improvised physical explorations, technical exercises and Yoga influenced practices in order for the body to be completely prepared for the final vigorous phrase. I like to incorporate my current choreographic interests, encouraging moving with efficiency and varied energy levels to access individual movement potential and tendencies.
