Class with Sarah-Jayne
I teach a high energy contemporary dance class with some great music!! While warming up the body we will focus on dynamics and how to efficiently use energy, examining when to use speed, breath and release to maximize movement potential. The class will be lead by me but also involve guided improvisation. We will focus on floor work, safe ways of entering and exiting the floor building a solid platform to explore dynamic, swift, fluid and explosive movement.
