Class with Kara
It is my desire for people to feel invigorated and excited about moving. I aim to share my knowledge of contemporary dance techniques and somatic principles in an open and inclusive learning environment. My class will challenge your known pathways and enable you to strengthen and learn about your body. Every body is different and I hope to be able to assist you to find your individual dance.
