Class with Kristy

I design my class to be energetic, mentally and physically stimulating. A standard technique class for any skill level will move sequentially from simple warm up sequences through to more complex choreographic phrases, travelling sequences and jumps. I strongly appreciate the unique qualities if an individual and will always encourage interpretation of information through dance practices. Oh and I like loud pop, hip hop and folk music.
